Unique VFV Safety

• To safeguard you and your staff, these filters are supplied with VFV^TM (Vertical FLAMELESS  Venting) ie. they not require any ductwork or safe discharge area. Located externally, there is no requirement for an explosion safety zone as only the shockwave is released into the sky.
• This unique VFV system allows the explosion to escape via the roof of the filter unit. In addition, only the pressure wave leaves the filter: no fire is emitted. There is no danger of secondary fire damage to equipment and no horizontally emitted shock wave or fire.
• Tests in the German test center, FSA, proved the safety system called VFV^TM (Vertical FLAMELESS Venting) allowed only the shockwave of the explosion to escape via the roof panels, no fire, no dust and no potential to create secondary explosions. This is the safest explosive release system available in the Australian market. (Video evidence and Certification available).

Advanced Design

• Danish manufactured, quality dynamically balanced centrifugal fans and acoustic boxes reduce noise to levels of around 40-70dB.
• High quality, extremely low emission antistatic filter socks (0.75mg/m³/h - 99.97% filtration levels) ensure the emitted air is cleaner that the air surrounding the dust collector.
• Well sealed bins with full level sight glass.
• Our LIPLOCK^TM ductwork is high quality Swedish steel, galvanised at source, suitable for high pressure applications. Additional duct available overnight ex Melbourne for self install if needed.
• Being modular, these units can be altered, or added to, with ease.
• Velocities of dust 20-25m/sec means you dont need to waste money on inspection hatches: filters we have installed have never blocked in 20 years!
• Automatic gate dampening can be provided in the duct connection to each machine. 
• Further assessment by hazardous area consultants is not necessary as our European suppliers have decades of experience in dust and fume extraction systems', and lead the world with the safety features offered.
