Reels

Our Garage Reel systems for vehicle exhaust fume extraction, are an ideal solution for:

• vehicle service sites
• car showrooms
• vehicle maintenance workshops where fumes must be captured to protect staff and/or customers.

The reels can be at roof height, against a wall, or for infrequent use, be mounted on castors as mobile units.

Installing a reel system creates a safer working environment by neatly storing the flex when not required, and although our garage flex is crush-recoverable, a reel protects the garage flex from unnecessary wear and tear when not in use.

The  flex can be rewound onto the drum (max. length 10m) and/or the electric motor driven recoil mechanism allows any desired length of flex to be kept ready for use.

Garage flex dia. options available 100mm, 150mm ID, tolerance 150^oC - to 170^o C (intermittently)

Supplied with electrical power/rewind with wall switch.

• Can be mounted on the wall or under the roof or even on wheels
• A FumeArm fan can be mounted directly onto reel to save space and installation time
• Optional Nozzles are available to suit most vehicles from Mini’s to tractors and military tanks

REELS 

Manufactured in Europe, our reels are constructed from powder coated welded steel with a galvanised sheetmetal drum.

GARAGE FLEX/HOSE

Manufactured in Germany, the flex wall is a TPE coated Polyester fabric (black) while the helix is PA 6.6 and there is a high profile wear strip to protect the flex as it is dragged over a workshop floor. This specialist flex has excellent chemical resistance: especially for oil and  petrol fumes and is crush recoverable
