Some specific food substances are high on the explosive dust list including flour and sugar. These products require specialist knowledge from a dust expert if your dust extraction solution is to be safe. On 1st December 2026 new stricter WELs (Workplace Exposure Limits) become mandatory and whilst flour was previously not listed, its new WEL will be 0.5mg/mcub - this must not be exceeded.

Our Danish sourced galvanised and stainless 304 LIPLOCK® duct system is easily taken apart and reassembled by staff and so assists the frequent cleaning and inspection required.
Our FoodGrade flex, certified as FDA and EU approved, is used extensively in European and North American food industries, and our German made Anti-static flex, (ATEX certified), is the most electrically conductive available in the Australian market.
Many of our energy saving filter systems using VARIpulse, (we are industry leaders in this category), are available in stainless steel. Our stainless Foodgrade Fume Arms are used often in capturing dust from bagging operations.

Our dust extraction fliters: Blower Filters and Duststorm filter range, are fitted into many large installations in the wine and food processing industry as their design allows them to deal with larger air volumes that standard filters cannot deal with, or the modular box type fuilter size would be too large to fit on your site.
