Installation and commissioning

Gary has years of experience installing dust and fume systems. For large projects he will visit the site before the team arrive, to ensure the install will be completed on time and budget. Many can be commissioned the same week they are built pending availabliity of electricians or 3rd party contractors.

A User Manual is provided and your team will be walked through the new system to ensure you understand how to keep it operatindg efficiently. Gary also controls our Annual Maintenance schedule.

Geoff works directly with our European supplier's engineers and visits the European factories regularly. This is why we can specify equipment backed by knowledge gained from 1000's of installations globally, rather than a fabricated one-off solution for your job.

Will Grant come and visit me?

In order to give you the right solution, we need to understand your production and dust issues. Grant will plan a Site visit depending on the size of the dust extraction system required. He can then provide the best dust extraction options to suit your budgets.

A system designed to your floor plan with airflow calculated at every drop, so you see exactly what is proposed and why. Our large range of products means you are only dealing with one company for filtration, ducting, fans, flex, rotary valves and other accessories.

Install, commission and handover

The team installs and commissions the full system, then walks you through the full operation. We offer an Annual maintenance program to ensure your system runs as effectively as the day it was installed.

Our basic range of filters and fume products are available ex stock from our Melbourne warehouse, however larger site specific specific solutions will be ordered for you from Europe.
